Job description
Team Manager required for work within the Children & Families Service in Swindon. The Children's safeguarding team in the North team need a strong dynamic manager to lead the team. £50per hour and help with accommodation is offered. Good transport links with M4 and long term contracts. Small district authority
An experienced Team Manager with safeguarding experience to lead, manage and be accountable for a team of social workers in the delivery of statutory duties and improvement of services to children, young people and families. You will have knowledge of court work, CP, CIN and CIC and be experienced in supervising and quality assuring a team of dedicated social workers.
The team manager will manage a pod of five social workers on Child Protection, CIN and Court Work. QA of work and supervision of cases and data and performance of the pod within a long term safeguarding team .
You will be HCPC registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
