Strong Group are in search of a brickwork Contracts Manager to join a specialist brickwork sub-contractor that are deeply committed to providing innovative solutions to their clients/customers while maintaining the utmost integrity and professionalism. This sub-contractor is looking for an experienced brickwork Contracts Manager to join their internal team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate must have Contracts Manager experience with a brickwork sub-contractor/ specialist.

Title: Contracts Manager Salary: £75,000 (DOE)

Location: Essex Schedule: Monday-Friday

Start Date : ASAP

The successful Contracts Manager should have brickwork experience with a sub-contractor in the UK or Ireland as you'll play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the contractual agreements and relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing the negotiation, drafting, and execution of various contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, sales, and operations teams, to facilitate effective contract management processes.

Contracts Manager responsibilities :

• Assist with tendering for new potential projects.
• Create, manage and update programmes for projects
• Carry out material schedules and orders.
• Check all ITP and Internal/External QA
• Health safety files
• Organising training for operatives
• Organise labour across all projects
• Organise supervision across all projects
• Carry out all progress reporting & progress meetings
• Weekly site reports to director
• Completing all sign offs/O&M manual's
• Ensure all RFI's on projects are chased through
• Ensure all projects have the adequate materials on site to continue working
• Meet regularly with the clients to highlight any early issues or potential issues

Commercial Fit-Out Estimator key requirements :

• Must Have: Brickwork experience
• Must Have: Contracts Manager experience
• Must Have: Sub-Contractor experience
• Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
• Charismatic relationship builder
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• High levels of organisation
• Full UK driving license
• Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
