We are looking for ambitious anddriven individuals who are passionate in providing world class customerservice. This role comes with a competitive basic salary with a very easilyachievable OTE of £48,000 per annum.
We believe our working hours areclass leading. You will work 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours perweek.

About You
We are looking for someone whois able to listen to the customer’s needs and been able to adapt your skillsand knowledge to suit the customer individually. As a Transaction Manager youwill have to be confident working to targets and deadlines and been able tomaximise every opportunity.
You need to be able to demonstrate a highlydeveloped sales ability together with an outstanding commitment to customercare, with experience of F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching anddevelopment of the team and providing assistance to the Sales Manager.
Motor Trade experience is required to apply, eitherat a Senior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Managerlevel.
Main Purpose of Job Role
· Managing and developing all newand used vehicle sales enquiries
· Managing and developing theFinance and Insurance sales through new and used vehicle sales
· Maximising the sales andprofitability of vehicles and associated products through the effectiveimplementation of the D. M. Keith Way
· Maximising the profitable salesof eligible finance and insurance products in line with F.C.A. compliance
· To ensure that all departmentalprocesses and sales team members comply fully with F.C.A. Regulations
· To carry out a self audit on amonthly basis
· To contribute to the developmentof plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of allsales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner.
· To be fully conversant andcompliant with all Sales Department procedures
