Location: Brentwood

Salary: £23,00 - £25,000

Days/ Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

The company

Office Angels are truly excited to be recruiting for this brand new and exciting position. A well-established business based in Brentwood are looking for a friendly and proactive receptionist to join their facilities team. Working within this business will allow you to develop your skills and progress within the organisation. This friendly team will support you throughout your training and time within the business.

Duties

• Ensuring that the reception area is always kept tidy and presentable


• Ensuring that guests are greeted in a professional yet friendly manner


• Being the first point of contact for customers and clients who call the offices


• Assisting with facilities management for the offices


• Overseeing the diary management of meetings rooms


• Creating and distributing security passes for all visitors to the building


• Overseeing that site visits are planned and organised effectively


• Preparing and organising catering for internal meetings


• Preparing and arranging both local and international travel for the SMT and issuing itineraries


• Supporting with any Health and Safety requirements that may arise

• You are confident and have a professional telephone manner


• You have good communication skills


• You have an ability to work individually and as part of a team


• You have strong attention to detail


• You are customer focused


• You have a good knowledge of MS packages


• You have a proactive mindset
