Job description
Our client is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer . The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an ERP system, strategizing on financing for substantial company growth, and leveraging their expertise in manufacturing and automotive industries to drive success.
The
Chief Financial Officer will:
- Oversee financial risk, governance, and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Maximise operational effectiveness and resource allocation across global functions, implement and manage the ERP system.
- Lead a high–achieving finance team while cultivating a continuous improvement, excellence, and accountability culture.
- Oversee financial risk, governance, and compliance, ensuring laws and industry best practices are followed.
- Utilize manufacturing and automotive industry experience to enhance operational processes and drive innovation in product development and production.
The
Chief Financial Officer will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- A track record of achievement in senior financial leadership positions in the automotive industry.
- Strong expertise across the remit of Financial Management – including financing etc.
- Ideally been in a CFO role previously in a business with significant T/O & growth
- International coverage/ exposure.
- Extensive experience in implementing and managing complex financial systems and processes, including ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
