Reporting through to a General Manager who will give you the systems, structure and processes to do your thing, alongside autonomy and freedom to manage the branch and ensure its success.
Role
A key management position, the purpose and vision for this role is to be responsible for planning, organising, developing and managing the branch to achieve business strategy and solid financial performance. Directing project operations, quality standards and timely completion while focusing on the sales growth of the branch.

To ensure your success you will ideally come from an industry within or related to the construction and building world. Combine this with a demonstrated commitment to build and drive business while helping mentor and manage a small sales team and we have a winning combination.
