Key Responsibilities:
• Create a safe and nurturing atmosphere for students within the school premises.
• Provide individualized or group support to students dealing with social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities to enhance personal and social development.
• Serve as a positive role model, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Requirements:
• Prior experience working with youth or in an educational setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to address the diverse needs of students.
• Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection protocols.
