What you will do in your working day

Being part of Digital Transformation team means that you will follow project management methodologies to deliver digital successful solutions. You will have the opportunity to support some of our projects:

·        Manufacturing Execution System

·        Digital Workorders

·        Indoor Tracking

·        Advanced Logistics Solutions

·        Master Data Management

·        Power-Bi Global Catalogue

·        Intercompany EDI platform

·        Microsoft Power Platform developments

The training you will be getting

Whilst undertaking a Digital & Technology Solutions Specialist (Level 7) degree over 2-2.5 years, you will learn key skills and apply proven industry practices, which will contribute directly to your degree while adding value to our business. You’ll work with various teams within a global organization to deliver successful digital solutions and set up standard processes and practices across the different sites and business areas.

Depending on your speciality area, you may become subject matter expert within Gardner and will contribute with bespoke solutions development and customisation to meet evolving business needs.

You’ll actively contribute to the Gardner Digital Transformation Community and participate to Technology Watch whenever required.

To be eligible to apply for this course, you will be required to have completed a degree with a minimum of 2:1 or higher.

Based on the successful candidate the role will be based at either Basildon, Consett or Derby.
