Job Title: Deputy Head of Operations

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join the RMG team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of tasks and effective management of campaigns within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our expanding company, offering excellent long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Operations Management:
Support the Director of Operations in leading and managing the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Proactively address and resolve any challenges that may arise, fostering a collaborative and solution-oriented environment.
2.Campaign Coordination:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, collaborating with the Operations team for seamless campaign fulfillment.
Coordinate the printing of posters and organise routes for poster fitters within allocated timeframes/fitting windows.
Address and resolve issues within the fitting team, ensuring progress is monitored and challenges are promptly resolved.
3.Quality Assurance:
Sign off on all campaign allocations before the campaign begins, ensuring adherence to the campaign fulfillment process.
Act as the first point of contact for the Sales team regarding retail-related queries.
Work with the CTO to review areas of improvement in the processes inherent to operations.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation.
4.Administrative Duties:
Manage campaign updates and maintain shared spreadsheets.
Verify and approve invoices related to fitting, retail printing, photography, and other retail-related invoicing.
Oversee contract management, where necessary.
Handle ad hoc requests from management for retail-based queries.
5.Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor all print jobs from the receipt of artwork until dispatch to fitters.
Effectively allocate and track fuel usage across all campaigns.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets relating to the operations team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Min. 2 years’ experience working within a warehouse / operational environment.
Previous experience in campaign management and administrative roles is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
