Job description

You’re an established HR advisor, looking to make a move into a role that will challenge you, and provide progression opportunities within the wider management team.

You’ve worked within a fast-paced environment and have a solid understanding of delivering professional and consistent HR support. You have proven yourself to be a strong communicator and have the ability to assist in the development of best practice and values-based approach to all people and processes.

You’re driven by values, you’re energetic and motivated, and are looking for a development role where the business will facilitate further career and personal growth.

If you are looking to take the next step in your career, our Glasgow based client requires HR advisor to join their team and develop their own career while playing a big part in their ambitious growth plans.

If you can:

• Maintaining awareness of employment legislation changes ensuring legal compliance, updating HR policies as required and keeping people managers informed.
• Analysing relevant trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop best practice policies, resources, and guidance.
• Providing performance management guidance to people managers (using coaching, career development, informal discussion, and disciplinary action as appropriate).
• Managing and resolving complex ER issues.

• Experienced within a busy HR function.
• A great communicator to internal and external stakeholders
• Motivated to progress and come into the company with new ideas.
• Flexible and collaborative
