Due to our continued success and growth, we are now looking for a Quality Inspection Technician to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Quality Inspection Technician, you will inspect manufactured items against specifications, ensuring alignment with customer and HCI requirements.

You’ll assess test wiring continuity using Cirris automated test equipment and record your progress using manufacturing software, ensuring accurate documentation for each harness and reporting any concerns to management.

Producing written reports and performing root cause analysis, you’ll present your findings to the team and consistently promote the highest possible standards.

Additionally, you’ll calibrate tooling using the Crimp Pull Tester and maintain communication in relation to quality issues with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.

About You

To be considered as a Quality Inspection Technician, you will need:

- At least three years’ experience in a similar quality environment, ideally in the motorsport, automotive or defence industries
- Experience of Cirris test equipment
- Experience of high-voltage test equipment
- Knowledge of inspection techniques
- The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and tolerancing
