Law Staff are delighted to be working with this Top 100 Law Firm who boosts many accreditations and awards for delivering excellent service. A multi service Law Firm, who have seen their Court of Protection Team go from strength to strength in recent years. They are now looking to recruit an additional Solicitor with at least 1 years PQE to assist in Court of Protection matters.


You will be handling a caseload of predominately property and financial affairs within Court of Protection matters, servicing a manageable caseload of approximately 30 to 40 cases.


We are looking for a talented and passionate Solicitor to join our clients prestigious Court of Protection team in Swindon. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be able to communicate complex areas of law in a simple and coherent way and have the interpersonal skills to establish long-term relationships.


The role:

• Full case management of files handling Court of Protection matters
• Preparation of general Court Applications.
• Preparation of Statutory Will Applications
• Represent the Deputy at Court of Protection Hearings
• Investigate suspicions of Financial Abuse
• Estate Administration
