Job Title: Regional Support Manager - Nursing Homes (South East England)
Location: South East England
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
I am seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join a reputable organisation as a Regional Support Manager, overseeing a number of nursing homes in the South East of England. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care and operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Oversight: Provide leadership and strategic direction to a portfolio of five nursing homes, ensuring adherence to organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain the quality of care services within the homes, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and well-being.
Staff Development: Support and mentor facility managers and staff, fostering a positive working environment and promoting professional development.
Turnaround Expertise: Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading and implementing turnaround strategies in challenging situations.
Compliance: Ensure all nursing homes comply with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and patient care.
Qualifications and Experience: Nursing Qualification: Essential to have a nursing qualification and be registered with the relevant nursing authority.
NVQ Level 5: Must possess an NVQ Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
Turnaround Experience: Proven experience in successfully leading and implementing turnaround strategies within the healthcare sector.
Management Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
