Senior Architectural Technologist, Plymouth, £35k - £45k DOE

An award winning multi disciplinary consultancy with multiple offices across the South west are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in Plymouth, Exeter or Bristol. You will be delivering and working on projects in a variety of sizes and complexity across the UK. These sectors include residential commercial, education, industrial, retail, heritage, leisure and defence.

The Role: - Producing working drawing packages to include coordination of design, production and construction packages
- Knowledgeable on UK building regulations
- Solve technical issues
- Liaising with consultants and clients
- Lead and manage technical design projects
- Attending site meetings
- Measured surveys and site inspections
- Proficient in Revit is preferred but not essential
- Have excellent design technical skills
- Proven ability to run projects across technical stages
- UK based professional practice experience required
- Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
- Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
- Have the relevant degree – chartered CIAT
