Job description

École Jeannine Manuel, a 3-18 independent bilingual French international day school located in the heart of Bloomsbury, is recruiting a Secondary PE Teacher to start in August 2024. The successful candidate will be a native level French or English speaker.

We are looking for teachers who can transmit their own energy and love of learning to able pupils from diverse cultural backgrounds, but who are also keenly engaged in teamwork and a quest for self-improvement. Recruiting and retaining exceptional teachers is our school’s strategic priority.

Such a project is always ongoing and our teachers in Paris and Lille, as well as those in London, are part of a team researching and developing new ways of teaching, whether it is for first or second language, mathematics, science, PE or history. Jeannine Manuel, who founded the Paris school, always put children at the centre of her project to develop international understanding, and her vision continues to inspire.
