Senior Surveyor

Property Asset Management - Commercial Division

Oxford

£40k - £50k plus car allowance and bonus

My client is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their Commercial team in Oxford, focusing on expanding their Commercial Property and Asset Management business. This role requires a candidate with a proactive approach to building client relationships, managing existing portfolios, and contributing to team growth.

My client is a leading UK property consultancy working across commercial, residential, rural, planning, development and infrastructure. Employing over 1,000 property professionals operating from 30 + offices.

The Oxford office is growing and has a real team feel, this is a great opportunity for the candidate to progress and develop their career.

This role will involve:

• Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Identifying and implementing asset management opportunities.
• Collection of rents and overdue payments, including arrears recovery.
• Assisting in the preparation of service charge budgets and managing related invoices.
• Administering property insurance, including premium apportionment and invoicing.
• Conducting property inspections and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Organizing repair and maintenance work, ensuring completion and tenant satisfaction.
• Utilizing and maintaining records within the TRAMPS property management system.

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, and have hands-on experience in Commercial Property & Asset Management on a day-to-day basis.

Proven track record of effectively managing relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
