Job Overview: As a Customer Service Supervisor at Golden Everest Group, you will play a crucial role
in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our valued restaurant customers. You will lead a team of
customer service representatives, overseeing daily operations, resolving customer issues, and
fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an effective
communicator, and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
• Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure the team's success.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant clients. Travel may be required.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
• Oversee day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer
experience.
Problem Resolution:
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify recurring problems and implement preventive measures.
Performance Metrics:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer service team.
• Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Communication:
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other teams to ensure seamless communication and
coordination.
• Communicate important updates, promotions, and product information to customers.
Key requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the food
industry.
• Driving licence required
• bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality, or a related field more importantly experience is must
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
• Must have full professional proficiency in English, Nepali, and Hindi
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
