When it comes to socials, you’re as good as it gets. You’re fluent in all mainstream platforms and have what it takes to lead our social strategy, content creation, audience engagement and conversion rates on all channels. Social Media will be a primary focus for the successful candidate, so we’re looking for someone with a track record in maximising channel performance, with wider team support.
The Digital Marketer will help shape and lead on the implementation of Remit’s digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation and client and apprentice engagement through all digital channels. Working with the wider Marketing & Comms team, you will understand market trends, competition and consumer behaviours to proactively, inform and develop successful, content creation and engagement approaches across all platforms.
Key to the success in this role will be the ability to understand business objectives and target audiences to propose effective, compliant, digital marketing solutions that maximise channel, market and platform performance. The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, developing effective content and reporting on the success of the campaigns against sales and marketing objectives. You will work in collaboration with the wider marketing team and business to ensure that all campaigns are fully integrated and visible in the right place, at the right time and targeting the right profiles and engagement levels. You will grow and maintain our social media presence across all platforms maximising Seo and CRO.
You will work flexibly from home, our head office in Nottingham, our academies in Derby with occasional travel to client and apprentice sites nationwide as well as occasional day and evening events, expos and awards ceremonies.

Key Accountabilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy| Support, inform the development and continuous improvement of and execution of Remit’s digital marketing strategies through:
Social Media Management| Managing company presence across all social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tik Tok plus any social media management platforms/technology for successful lead generation:
Search Engine & Conversion Rate Optimisation (SEO) (CRO)| Optimise Remit’s website and digital content performance to ensure leading visibility and engagement of our core programmes by our target audiences including Google Analtyics, Google Trends etc:
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing| Work with the organisation, clients and apprentices to launch and enhance influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to better promote Remit:
Automation, Data & Analytics| Support with the implementation, management and maximisation of marketing automation tools and platforms to improve service levels and campaign impact:
