Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and deploy large-scale web-based applications and APIs using .NET Framework 4.6+ and .NET Core 6+.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, supporting their professional development and helping them grow their skills.
- Design and architect scalable and robust software solutions, considering factors such as system architecture, performance, and security.
- Optimise application performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionality, performance, or integration.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute to continuous learning and research.
Skills and Experience Essential Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET and .NET Core technologies.
- Proficiency in API development and maintenance.
- Good knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases.
- Previous experience with Elastic Search & Kibana.
- Experience with Umbraco CMS
- Proficiency building scalable applications with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Vue.js or React.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Advantageous Experience (but not required): - Previous experience with Elastic Search & Kibana.
- Good understanding of the Azure ecosystem.
