Deputy Nurse Manager
Blackburn
Salary: £48,000 per annum

On behalf of my established client, I am seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager/ Clinical Lead to support in the day to day running of this medium sized Nursing Home based in the Blackburn area. My client are experts in providing nursing and residential care to the elderly and people living with dementia.

Role and Responsibilities of the Deputy Nurse Manager :

The successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager will support an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the day to day running of this beautiful nursing home. In addition, you will support with training and recruitment of staff, taking the lead on shift and staff appraisals.

Experience Required of the Deputy Nurse Manager :

• You will have experience of working in a Nursing Home setting in a senior or managerial capacity - managing teams of people.
• Strong clinical skills.
• You will have an excellent understanding of safeguarding procedures and CQC regulations.
• NVQ Level 5 (or working towards).
• It is essential that you will also be a Registered Nurse with Current NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
