Location: London
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £27,000 p.a.

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury hotel in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join their team either on a PT or FT basis.

Salary up to £27,000 + commission & service charge, depending on experience

What's involved?

As a Reservations Agent your duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure all incoming emails and messages are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Input all Reservations accurately into the Opera PMS System, and Open Table/InfoGenesis
• Be fully conversant on hotel rates, packages, promotions to ensure revenue is maximised.
• Answer all incoming switchboard calls and take room service orders whilst forwarding to the team
• Make and confirm incoming room, and F&B bookings in line with the departmental standards

Ideally you will have previous luxury 4 or 5 star luxury Hotel experience working as a Reservations Agent and must be engaging, motivated and have excellent communication skills as well as pleasant telephone manner. Applicants who have a strong front office background will be considered and experience of Opera is essential.
