Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Bedford - Commutable from Luton, Rushden, St Neots, Milton Keynes, Biggleswade etc
Salary: £21.00 - £23.00 per hour

Are you an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager?
Do you hold valid NMC Pin?
Do you have experience of leading teams?
Do you understand what it takes to assist running a care home?

On behalf of a reputable, small, private care provider I am looking for a strong leader to assist with the day-to-day operations of an excellent service in Bedford. Accessible for Luton, Rushden, St Neots etc.
The home has a good reputation, specialising in elderly and dementia care the owner has exciting plans for the expansion of his services and this would be a great time to be a part of this provider - giving you the opportunity to improve and progress your career.
Clinical Deputy Manager Skills Needed:
- RGN with an active NMC Pin
- Deputy Management Experience / Clinical Lead experience
- Leadership Experience
- Experience of working with the elderly
- Smartly presented
- Passionate individual
