Our client is looking for a TAR Coordinator for a contract position, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)
ROLE
As TAR Coordinator you will be responsible for the preparation, execution and close out of assigned platform Turnarounds, in line with Standards and Procedures
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivery in-line with “TAR Milestone Tracker”. (MST).
- Facilitate the collation and evaluation of proposed turnaround work scopes.
- Liaison with both onshore and offshore teams.
- Participation and contribution to Steering Group.
- Liaison with all Stakeholders, TA’s and discipline’s to ensure correct level of detail is incorporated into the plan.
- Implementation of Lessons Learned from previous turnarounds, from all Assets via the ‘Turnaround Risk Register’.
- Participation in constructability reviews (PTL’s) of Turnaround & Major scopes.
- Support and participation in the production of meaningful, robust turnaround plans.
- Facilitate management and auditing of the Disturbed Joint register.
- Assist Asset Management team with the execution phase offshore of turnarounds & major scopes.
- Orginisation of Meetings/ workshops/ Training
- Management of TAR Dashborad overview and action tracker.
- Progress and Growth reporting against TAR plan during delivery phase.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior project management experience within Turnaround / Shutdown Coordination is essential.
- Ideally someone from a traditional Oil & Gas background i.e. a coordinator supporting offshore TAR operations within an Operator / Tier 1 service provider, or, we can consider someone who has experience supporting maintenance turnarounds working on onshore engineering projects. The prior maintenance coordination experience is the key element to this role.
- Experience using a Maintenance Management system essential e.g. Maximo, JDMS or SAP.
- Role will involve offshore trips (approx. 4 per year) so offshore certification will be required. Not essential to start though.
- Ability to support and Manage Change effectively.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Experience of adapting to /dealing with change and the co-ordination of multi-function / discipline teams.
- Ability to work using initiative and with minimum supervisory direction.
- Sound working knowledge and demonstration of safe working practices.
- Appropriate familiarity with quality processes and the application of continuous improvement tools desirable
- Demonstrates highly effective relationship-building internally and externally.
- Ability to work in a fast moving, customer focused environment whilst maintaining the highest ethical integrity.
- Ability to understand and respond effectively to the requirements of diverse groups and operations.
