Randstad C&P is in the process of hiring a Contracts Manager for multiple high-end, bespoke residential projects located in Hampshire. The client is in search of a candidate with a track record of overseeing multiple prestigious projects concurrently. The Contracts Manager's role encompasses supporting the Pre-Construction phase during the bidding process and then providing direction and oversight to multiple project teams after project handover. Additionally, they hold accountability for ensuring successful project completions within the agreed-upon timelines and exceeding projected profit margins. In cooperation with the General Manager and key team members, the Contracts Manager will promote best practices and maintain the anticipated high standards in project delivery. In addition to this, an understanding of JCT Design and Build contracts are essential, particularly implementing changes and extensions into a programme and liaising with planning and design teams.

Responsibilities:

• To supervise and coordinate all project-related activities, including full responsibility for the results of assigned projects.
• To efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects.
• To develop, evaluate, and implement project strategies.
• To drive project strategy and progress through essential interventions.
• To assume control of both pre-commencement and post-completion procedures.
• To manage the resolution of defects and post-completion tasks.

Requirements:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid Full
• UK Driving License
• Degree or equivalent (desired)
