Associate Director, Data Performance

About this job:
As the Associate Director of Data Performance within Astellas, you will hold a pivotal role in driving strategic planning, digital excellence, reporting, and analytics to support the execution of the business strategy across the M&D portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and execution of reporting, metrics, and data visualization initiatives while ensuring data integrity and aligned processes across M&D organizations.
This role presents an opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making capabilities through insightful analytics. Additionally, you will spearhead efforts to establish new enterprise and organizational data governance models, ensuring that data are consistently utilized for reporting and decision-making purposes. Your leadership will be instrumental in overseeing change requests and testing plans for data model enhancements, thereby contributing significantly to the continuous improvement of data-driven processes within the organization.
