Permanent – Full time – 35 hours per week
Gibsons Games are seeking an International Account Manager to oversee international sales; acting as a main point of contact for existing customers and actively seeking new customers to ensure we achieve our goal - to leave a positive mark on the world! Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all international B2B sales, meeting agreed KPIs and sales targets, nurturing and growing international customers and establishing strong relationships with our customer base. You will organise and represent Gibsons at domestic and international trade events, building brand awareness and seeking out new markets and territories. Within the role, there will be some client travel involved in addition to exhibition work when required including weekends. Please refer to the job description upon submitting your application. Who are we looking for? We would like you to have experience as an Account Manager, ideally within the games and gifts industry, with demonstrable experience delivering significant growth in revenue. A thorough understanding of forecasting and how that relates to demand planning is essential coupled with a strong record of building partnerships. Driven and determined, persistent and tenacious, you will be an outstanding communicator and a strong networker, comfortable influencing individuals at all levels. Excellent organisational and time management skills are key for this role, as you will manage multiple projects across different teams.
