About the Role Barista at Starbucks - Bath Station Everyone regardless of age starts on £11.30 per hour. We are looking for Full Time Barista to join our Starbucks at Bath Station. Please note: Full-time availability required not only during university/college holidays. As a Barista you will work a variety of shifts between 5am-9:30pm including weekends, so it is important you can travel safely to the station for early start. Please check your transport connection prior to applying and ensure 5am start is possible. Responsibilities for Barista: Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas Requirements for Barista: Due to some responsibilities within this role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol.
