✔️ Patience and Reliability: We're seeking individuals who exhibit patience and reliability in their work, ensuring consistency and support for our students.

✔️ 1:1 Support: Experience providing 1:1 attention to students with SEN is essential, as you'll play a crucial role in meeting their educational needs and facilitating their learning journey.

✔️ SEN Experience: Previous experience working with SEN in a primary school setting is highly valued, providing you with the necessary understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this environment (but not needed).

✔️ Empathy and Exemplary Behavior: You should be able to empathize with our students, understanding their individual needs and challenges, while also setting a positive example through your own behavior and interactions.

✔️ Clear Communication: The ability to provide detailed explanations to beginners and students is key, ensuring that all students receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
