Job Opportunity: Finance Administrator

Location: Birmingham Business Park
Start Date: Immediate
Hourly Rate: £12 - £13 per hour
Contract: 6 months - Ongoing

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and excellent administrative skills? We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team at Birmingham Business Park. This role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to work in a dynamic finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the finance department
• Assist with processing invoices, expenses, and payments
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support with basic financial tasks such as data entry and reconciliation
• Handle general finance-related queries and correspondence
• Assist in ad-hoc finance projects and tasks as required

About You:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a finance setting
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
