Leicester Permanent £30,000 - £45,000 per year

This reputable company sits within the business services sector working with clients across the UK to provide innovative and personalised business solutions. The company has seen significant growth over the past year and has become a well known and reliable company. Due to retirement the business is seeking an experienced office manager on a full time permanent basis.

Job Description

As an Office Manager you will:

• Ensure internal CRM/ File management system is maintained and kept up to date with new information
• Work alongside the logistics/fleet tea to make sure that schedules are up to date
• Work alongside management to put together monthly forecasts and update spreadsheets accordingly
• Assist finance team with budgets, payroll and other admin duties within the finance department
• Ensure company compliance requirements are met including on boarding of new staff members
• Provide other general admin support across the business when required

The Successful Applicant

The successful Office Manager will have:

• Be IT efficient including the use of Microsoft Office packages
• Have strong attention to detail
• Have a positive approach to work and a flexible can-do attitude
• Be a strong written and verbal communicator
• Experience delegating work or management experience
