We are looking for a talented, patient focused clinician to join our fantastic team. As a Registered Paediatric Nurse, you will deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of the patients home or school. You will offer quality nursing that is tailored to the childs needs. Ensuring all professional standards are excelled and relevant care plans are delivered. Be treating patients with a wide range of conditions including growth hormone and biologic treatments for conditions such as juvenile arthritis, chrohns disease and psoriasis. Manage your own daily workload whilst maintaining stock, supplies and equipment. All clinical data will be recorded accurately to ensure quality care is maintained and delivered, and any adverse affects reported via the correct protocol. Maintain and demonstrate up to date knowledge, ensuring any gaps in clinical competency are addressed whilst also staying compliant with all business policies and procedures. The post holder will need to: Maintain stock supplies and equipment.
