Full-time job role , the shift pattern is 1 shift on, then 2 shifts off. We offer competitive rates of pay, and our sleep in rates is

Duties include: - Taking point on shift and leading by example.
- Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
- Training up new members of staff.
- Participating in on-call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
- Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
- Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
- Working in partnership with Deputy Manager.
- Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
