The firm's clients consist primarily of OMBs and large corporates. As such, advisory projects regularly consist of topics such as structuring corporate transactions, managing full-scope tax due diligence projects, advising on employee share incentives, and preparing tax valuations.
This role offers excellent opportunities to work on various tax advisory projects and clients to develop your overall tax advisory skills. Although the role has an advisory focus, you will also manage your portfolio and deal with the compliance work - reviewing the preparation of more complex corporation tax returns, supporting the general practice through the review of some annual computations for their audit clients, and providing support for technical tax queries that come out of their work and their clients.
