Job description

A reputable, small animal practice in Cornwall is looking to recruit a friendly and passionate Veterinary Surgeon on a permanent basis and will consider an ongoing locum in the meantime.

This client is searching for their fourth veterinary surgeon, ideally to start as soon as possible. The team currently consists of 3 vets, separate reception, VCA, RVN and Dispensary staff.

This is a flexible role, our client will consider full time or part time applications. The rota could be adjusted to suit, however, there would need to be 7pm finishes and 1 in 3 Saturdays covered (9am to 3pm). There is no OOH's work required.

The ideal candidate will be confident with all routine surgery and consults.

This is a fantastic team and a lovely practice which benefits from sea views and lovely, local beach walks.


Our client will consider an ongoing locum in the meantime for 2 or 3 days each week. Sole traders welcome or payment via umbrella company (or ZHC if long-term).
