We have an opportunity for an established Senior Surveyor/project lead to join a UK leading, Tier 1 main contractor who have an excellent reputation with staff and clients alike.
This company have an extremely good reputation and pipeline of work in the area and across the UK. They are known for long serving staff, training and support and the job security they can offer.
Currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work initially on the procurement of a upcoming project in Chelmsford valued at £20m made up of 2 x new education blocks. T The ideal candidate can come from a main contractor construction background and have experience working on projects including health care, education and leisure from tender through to final accounts.
You will feel comfortable working as part of a team and also individually, with experience with CVRs, Client reporting, subcontractor management and payments from tender through to final accounts. You will ideally have experience leading projects over £10m
You will be located in Essex area and happy to travel up to an hour for sites moving forwards.
You will ideally be degree educated and have at least 7 years experience in a similar role.
In return they can offer up to £85,000 + car allowance, mileage and other benefits.
