V12 Sports and Classics are the UK’s fastest growing, independently owned Used Car Supermarket. Having vast experience and knowledge within the industry and a great selection of used cars to suit every need and budget, V12 Sports and Classics are all about keeping customers happy by offering an excellent personal service.
You will work in a busy preparation centre supporting our Buying Department, working with and alongside a variety of specialist teams. Our Prep Centre processes up to 1500 vehicles on-site at any one time and services a large number of dealerships around the UK.
You will be backed up with a strong support team during your career with V12 Sports And Classics.
SCOPE & MAIN PURPOSE
- To be aware of the overall company’s objectives, how they relate to you and how your daily activities contribute to the success of the company.
- To develop quality relationships with all business partners and work colleagues.
- Input all bought vehicles onto the system following the correct procedures and complete all administration tasks relating to the trade cars.
- To ensure that all internal office procedures and policies are adhered to.
- To provide a superior service experience to all customers, colleagues, and visitors to V12 Sports & Classics by completing your duties in such a way to ensure that the company’s reputation is well maintained.
MAIN DUTIES
Stock
- Ensure all cars bought are recorded accurately onto the correct documentation, and then input details onto the system.
- Ensure that each vehicle has all the correct documentation, such as invoices, V5s etc., before being put onto the system.
- Complete a HPI check for every vehicle that we put onto stock and resolve and report any issues which arise from them.
- Ensure that the system is regularly cleansed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure that any amendments are inputted into the system that may arise from the weekly stock cleanse, which has been completed by the Buying Managers / Directors.
Reports
- Produce the following reports every Friday for the Buying Manager.
- Auction Report, Trade Profit / Loss report for each site month to date, Part Exchanges Due In, Overage Stock Analysis.
Missing Info
- Chase and track down missing service history.
- Chase and track down any other missing documents such as V5’s.
- Chase and track down missing keys.
