At Tanbridge House School, we pride ourselves in teaching Art. We have an ambitious curriculum which exposes students to a wide range of 2D and 3D media to be able to express themselves creatively. We encourage and support students to develop the critical analysis and self-reflection skills needed to effectively work autonomously and independently. We are proud that our curriculum promotes individual and personalised outcomes that celebrate equality and inclusion. Students love of art means that we regularly see many students attending our enrichment activities, including painting murals to brighten up the school site and support our equalities work. Last year, 95% of all students achieved a grade 4+ in Art, with 80% achieving a grade 5+.
