Job description

Digital Waffle is currently partnered with a well-established Digital marketing agency that converts ideas both simple and complex into creative, exceptional products and digital experiences.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will drive success by delivering positive ROI for their clients and be at the forefront of innovation and growth.

In your day-to-day, you will be providing knowledge and ensuring best practices are followed with Agile Methodologies, working across key accounts to improve the client experience and ROI.

Requirements

Job Title - Project Manager

Location - Warwickshire / Hybrid (Twice per week)

Salary - £45,000 D.O.E

What experience you will hold:

• You will be leading Agile practices such as Scrum events to ensure communication and collaboration are at a high standard as the team scales
• Identifying and knocking down hurdles to pave the way for a productive and positive work environment
• Fostering a culture built on continuous improvement and transparency, ensuring that efficiency and visibility for stakeholders are always improving.

What skillset you will hold:

• You will have a background in a similar role in the digital agency space
• Ability to deliver fantastic customer service and cultivate client relationships with your management
• You will have used PM tools such as Jira and Asana
• Experience discussing digital marketing with your client base on a range of subjects
