About the company:

Based in Oxford our client has built up a reputation for producing work to the highest standard across Oxfordshire. For over 150 years our client has been a leading light within the industry and has achieved many industry accolades along the way. Sustained organic growth has led the company to its current position of over 150 members of staff and an annual turnover of GBP75 million. Typical projects our client works on are valued between GBP1.5 million and GBP50 million. They typically work on 10–12 projects at any one time with the ability to work on 2 major projects (GBP40 million – 50 million).

They work on a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across super prime residential, educational & Commercial sectors. Over the years the super prime residential side of the business has increased to be responsible for 40% of the company's turnover.

About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking 2 experienced Project Managers/ Project Leads to oversee the delivery of a variety of projects between GBP5M and GBP40M across the commercial, educational, and super primes residential sectors often in challenging city environments.

They require someone with experience working on similar projects who can manage the program, working under a highly experienced Construction Director and alongside a full site team. The role will require a manager who is able to manage a variety of projects with little or no supervision, utilising previous experience to get this job over the line on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety. This role will act as a steppingstone into the business for the right individual, with internal promotion and long–term progression a real focus for this company.

About the benefits and rewards:

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary of between GBP70,000 & GBP85,000.

In addition to the basic salary there will be benefits including

About the requirements:

The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience in managing a range of projects ideally including residential, commercial and educational, with projects ranging in value from GBP2m to GBP40m. The ideal candidate should also have a balance of working on new build, and refurbishment projects.

My client is looking for candidates who can show a stability of employment throughout their career keeping each appointment for a minimum of 5 years per employer.
