About The Role

The role of HR Data Analyst involves establishing positive relationships with the HR team and colleagues to provide operational support and facilitate HR service delivery. The job focuses on developing and providing HR data, insight, and advice to support evidence-based decision-making, as well as analysing and interpreting key performance indicators. The role also involves assisting in the management of employee records, generating reports, and supporting system management. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR and Payroll systems, strong analytical skills, and a proactive and collaborative approach. The role offers opportunities for growth and development to increase its impact on the organisation.
