JRRL are looking for a Business Development Executive with telephone experience for an office-based role in an expanding company. You will be working in a vibrant team, working to achievable targets and the company offer full training.
Duties for the Business Development Executive
- Working on the company CRM system, making outbound calls, and building on business relationships with clients.
- Calling potential customers to promote the Company’s services and products.
- Keeping in touch with clients informing them on new products and specialist equipment.
- Making the initial call with the aim of booking visits for others to close the sale.
- Following up on leads and answering customer queries about the products on offer.
- Updating CRM system with customer details and activities.
- Making between 40 and 60 calls per day and working to achievable targets.
- Speaking to a wide range of clients.
- Liaising with other departments and decision makers.
Person Specification for the Business Development Executive
- Clear speaking voice.
- Good general IT skills.
- Strong customer focus with a high standard of service.
- Confident in speaking to a variety of decision makers.
- Experience of working in a role with a high volume of telephone calls.
- Eager to learn sales techniques and build a career within sales.
