Job description

Aspire People are recruiting for a trust with schools across Northamptonshire. The trust is an elite trust wanting to recruit a pool of candidates for various opportunities such as, daily supply, short/long term, and permanent roles from specialising in EYFS - KS2.
The schools all vary in size from 1 form entry to three form entry setting, offering a strong and supportive team.
The schools have a warm, friendly, and inviting environment for their staff and students to learn and grow.
We are helping to recruit for strong and experienced Fully Qualified Primary Classroom/Intervention teachers with solid knowledge of the national curriculum.
The Fully Qualified Primary Classroom/Intervention teachers must have strong behaviour management and presence in the classroom with a passion for education and wanting to make a difference. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the changing environment that supply offers.

Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
- Overseas Trained Teacher (OTT)

The Responsibilities:
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Strong classroom management skills
- Be able to adapt to level of ability
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team
-Mark all work delivered day of work

All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed.
