Health & Safety Manager
Leeds – With UK Travel (Regular overnights)
Permanent
Salary to £48,000 + Fully Expensed Company Car or Car Allowance (£7,200 p/a)
Neo Property Solution, part of the PTSG Group, deliver specialist passive fire protection services, including Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.
We are currently seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join our team based in Leeds. This role will involve travel to sites as and when required.
As Health and Safety Manager, you will provide ongoing support to site-based operations, including the production of construction phase health and safety plans, risk assessments and methods statements. Working closely with site management teams, technicians, and client safety teams, you will champion HSEQ initiatives monitoring site safety performance ensuring compliance with ISO45001 Safety, Quality and Environment Management systems, company policies and procedures.
About you:
- Previous Health & Safety Site Management experience (ideally 2 yrs management experience)
- Multi-site experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Organised and methodical
- Willingness to travel to sites throughout the UK
- IOSH or Equivalent
- NEBOSH Qualified
- CSCS Professional card
- First Aide training
