About the role Join the Master Data Team, reporting to the Master Data Manager, within the operations function of the No7 Beauty Company. The team manage and govern master data and digital product information for the No.7 Beauty Company, Global Sourcing and International Retail teams with more than 200 users internationally and circa 15,000 products which are sold on through retailers and on ecommerce sites globally An exciting opportunity to make a difference to the integrity and governance of the data at the heart of our business.
You will work with many teams across the business to ensure the quality, completeness and timing of data flowing into core business systems. You should have good attention to detail, enjoy working with data and be happy working with our data owners:
• Reviewing and validating data submitted for approval, liaising with internal data owners to resolve issues and queries and loading data into systems using appropriate tools
• Stakeholder support for our data management workflow system
• Be a contact for data-related queries from internal business teams, offering excellent customer service.
• Monitor adherence to data processes and KPI’s. Maintaining records of data accuracy as a means of highlighting problem areas and driving improvements
• Support the planning, and review of existing and proposed data related processes
• Manage housekeeping and governance of existing data, including cleansing activities, archiving and data migration.
What you’ll need to have • An interest in data, with 1-3 years within a data-related role including master data and digital product information
• You are highly organised with strong attention to detail and a concern for order and quality
• Be able to work at pace to ensure data validation does not become a bottleneck • Good skills to enable organising your own day and be comfortable working in a structured environment
• Excellent collaborative team working and relationship building
• Ability to deal with last minute changes and queries
It would be great if you also have
• Previous customer service experience with a strong ability to communicate effectively whether face to face, telephone or email
