WTW offers an award winning Early Careers programme and we are currently seeking an addition to this team. It is an exciting time join our Early Careers team here with great opportunities to work within a Global Early Careers team.
A Junior Early Careers Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing a defined recruitment strategy and providing on the ground support to the early careers recruiting activities for a specific business and/or geography. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Manage the entire life cycle of early careers recruiting process for an assigned business area
- Develop and cultivate relationships with early careers services or placement office directors and initiate activities on campus to promote company brand
- Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the Recruitment, Selection and offer cycle ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Organize and participate in in-person and virtual recruitment events, including career fairs, campus events, information sessions and networking opportunities at target schools (potentially being at events 3 – 4 days a week in peak season dependent on location and calendar of events).
- Work closely with assigned business team to support with the assessment process (including HireVue review) and assessment centres/interview days and ensure effective selection decisions
- Develop competitive offers, manage offer extension and effectively close candidates
- Record, update and analyse all recruiting data using our Recruitment Management system
- Assist with onboarding of interns and graduates in partnership with the business
- Promote and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives for the early careers program
- Assist with coordination of the WTW insight programs
- Partner with Employer Branding team on social media strategies to promote WTW brand
- Partner with Senior Early Careers Recruiter to create candidate souring strategies through sourcing tools
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in Early careers recruitment
The Requirements
- Proven experience of recruitment full life cycle within a professional services and/or Early Careers experience a plus
- Experience with diversity recruiting strategies a plus
- Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
- Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven success effectively working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong experience with ATS/RMS
