Job description
The Legal Counsel position based in Farnborough will hold the following responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of complex client contracts, master service agreements, framework contracts, IT agreements etc
- Reviewing tenders and advising the business on the contractual and commercial risks
- Providing strategic legal advice to assist in the delivery of the company's commercial objectives
- Ensuring that legal risk is managed
- Drafting and review of other non-core agreements
- Management of litigation and communicate with external counsel
- Supporting on international GDPR compliance and data privacy projects
- Assisting the company secretary with matters applicable to UK company law
