Customer Service Officer needed in the Southwark Paying £16.48 per hr ref 1162650
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Duty support officer answer the phones and dealing with incoming calls and enquiries, answering and sorting through emails for information that needs to be responded to or sent to the allocated worker.
Supporting service users as needed when they attend the office.
Creating the rota and ensuring that there is an available duty social worker and back up.
