Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Support the day-to-day organisation of the Operational Community Safety Team including general administration duties – keeping records, filing, data input, updating action plans, dealing with telephone enquiries, recording information on IT systems, directing officers, arranging meetings, and taking minutes.
- Develop positive relationships with relevant stakeholders, community organisations, Councillors, and members of the public.
- Take control of a range of administrative tasks aimed at supporting and maintaining information systems. Maintain and administer records and filing systems. Input, update and retrieve information stored within the relevant management information systems for example, Objective, Flare, All On Mobile etc.
- Assist with finance duties i.e. raising purchasing orders, invoices, etc.
- Contact customers about their experiences and record feedback.
- Attend and take part in team meetings and team development sessions as required.
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing personal skills in accordance with the apprenticeship standard.
- Complete assignments and projects that relate to the apprentice standard, meeting target dates as required.

- Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard
- Training will be delivered face-to-face, with workshops and 1-2-1 support given
