THE GIG The Assistant Leather Sourcing Administrator sits within Global Supply Chain, supporting the Materials Team with administrative duties and the handling of leather & materials in our Cobbs Lane site, Wollaston, Northamptonshire. You’ll be organised, comfortable working at pace whilst having keen attention to detail/accuracy, a great administrator able to stick with a task until the end and be adaptable when work tasks & priorities change. Regular use and management of data within our new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool will be a key part of the role. Combined with handling of materials, packages and operating a cutting press will be regular activities of the role. At Dr Martens we champion individuality and want people to play to their strengths. This is a part-time (flexible hours 15-20 hours/week), 6-month FTC (fixed term contract) position. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Strong administrative skills, able to work at pace to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Good communicator, resilient and adaptable to regular and ongoing change to work tasks

  • You’ll be a proud custodian to our DM’s culture, embodying what we stand for and encouraging others to do the same
  • You’ll help build a highly engaged team – ensuring a collaborative culture and providing guidance & support to other team members
