A leading Pride Park Finance client are recruiting for a Complaints Administrator
Permanent Hybrid role - Salary £23k
Duties:
- Log customer complaints in line with the Financial Conduct Authority
- Record and track incoming complaints to provide a clear audit trail of complaint management.
- Manage the complaints team inbox and respond to all queries
- Work closely with other members of the Compliance function
- Escalate areas of concern to avoid customer detriment or risk of fraud.
